Can you please add --disable-pcre2 to the list of desirable configure
options for wget?

It seems that wget now offers both --disable-pcre and --disable-pcre2
and if you use just the first flag, it will still try to link with the
other one.

I'll update the binaries I skipped last time due to this issue (that I
had no time to look into).
