Just curious: what's the status of pplib on some not-so-mainstream
platforms? Were the known problems fixed?
As I understand it, Luigi gained access to the remaining sparc at Utah,
thanks to Nelson, and fixed visible problems.
If all goes well, our plan is to use pplib for only luatex this year,
add xetex next year, and add pdftex the year after that. -k
