Debian 8, the oldest one that's capable of building C++11 without some hackery.

Norbert uses the same version, via Docker:

Agreed.
I could probably still provide the binaries as I have ssh access to
the machine (the binaries on the buildbot were also successfully built
10 days ago, but it seems that the machine has some serious issues, it
simply hangs out in the middle of work or takes forever to complete a
task, and then the buildbot treats that as failure and stops), but
this might be a good chance to axe the support anyway.
