[tlbuild] FAIL: uptexdir/gkhuge.test

Hi,

Perhaps I came up with another;
I noticed that other testfiles use "cmp" for binaries, "diff" for texts.
I want to compare gkhugeng.err and ygkhugeng.err, both in texts;
so here should I use "diff"?
