What about that for a start: Looks good. I (tersely) wrote the other things necessary for adding (or removing) a platform in tlpkg/doc/packages.txt (xz binaries, tlpsrc lists, pruning from DVD image, etc.) if you want to go through it all. Else I will in due course ... thanks, k.
