That is all fine, but is there a way to get a download link for the
latest release file?

I tried
  https://github.com/hmenke/texlive-source/releases/download/latest/texlive-bin-x86_64-gnu.tar.gz
but that doesn't work.

Why? We have a script that updates the binaries from some remote
locations, and I thought entering the musl stuff there.
