Karl, Sorry I jumped the gun yesterday afternoon. Today using the Kakuto- Hironobu patch you installed in the build system, I can build everything on both El Capitan (macOS 10.11) and High Sierra (macOS 10.13) using only the Build command with no preliminary "export" command.
