And what is line 19970 (and surrounding) of that configure? Probably
have to run the configure with (ba)sh -vx to see what's happening.
Maybe it's related to my attempt to add debugging ("dbg:") lines to the
configure output, though I don't see that around there. Or anything else
unusual. -k
