Can someone please backport all the hotfixes to
http://tug.org/svn/texlive/branches/branch2017/
to simplify life for downstream packagers?
I did not think I had to repeat the statement that I would do this.
Apparently I did :(. Thus far I have been consumed with actually
propagating the patches. -k
