[tlbuild] io.lines luatex rebuild

Hello again TL builders,

Sorry, but another showstopper bug was found in luatex.
Fix from Luigi committed in r44572.

Please recompile luatex and (if relevant) luajittex again (from the
trunk) and commit/send me the stripped binaries, as before.

Affected files are only luatex-core.c (24766 bytes) and luatex-core.lua
(5583 bytes) in Build/source/texk/web2c/luatexdir/lua.

We all dearly hope this is the end of emergency recompilations. --thanks, karl.
