[tlbuild] Problems with xdvipdmfx (at least) and some fonts

	Hi Fabian,

  This makes sense and may solve a long-standing issue that XeTeX has
been having with multiple copies of the same font.  Thanks for you
patch.  I will apply it to the upstream sources, after proper testing of
course.
