[tlbuild] Build failure

Hi,

Just tried to compile current sources on NetBSD/amd64 6.1.5 this
morning with an up-to-date source tree.  It fails with this error
message:

gcc: libmd5.a: No such file or directory

It compiled fine yesterday or the day before (I don't remember
exactly) so the problem has been introduced recently.
