[tlbuild] initial test builds for TL'15 (no commits)

Akira,

Thanks for the immediate response. I updated my sources and tried again
this morning. The problem is gone and all tests are passed on Yosemite.

For others,

Xindy works fine on the Mac, for PPC and Intel in 32 bits and for Intel in 64 bits.
