[tlbuild] initial test builds for TL'15 (no commits)

Hi all,

(alpha-linux)

I first tried to build with xindy, but that didn't work
due to a toll old pod2man:

building xindy I got the following error:

Making all in user-commands

Seems that my pod2man on the alpha machine is old.


Building without xindy worked without any problem.
