Hi ken, Mark,

testing my cross compiled version (Linux => Cygwin) under Cygwin shows the
same symptom.  I'd say that is definitely a bug, no such problem under
Linux.  To work around the bug I have used your patch and replaced
sizeof(buf) by BUFFERLEN (r36004). IMHO this is somewhat against the
spirit of variadic macros, but so be it.
