Hi Norbert,

it was clear to me that this has nothing to do with the synctex library (not
used by pdftex).  Your first mail suggests that this were the only two
failed tests.  Correct?

Before reporting the problem you should probably narrow down the cause,
although that might be quite tedious and I have no idea how to do that.
