[tlbuild] one more time

Heiko discovered a bad bug in pdftex that caused, e.g., \rlap to give
wrong PDF (not DVI, though) output.  Thanh has made a fix, now committed
to TeX Live.

So, please rebuild again.

There have also been changes to the asy source, tweaks for particular
platform problems; it is ok to rebuild that if you want, but it is also
ok to just go with the previous binary (that's my plan, so far).

I don't believe there have been changes to anything else.
