[tlbuild] TL rebuild for asy 2.26, other engine fixes

Hello,

I have compiled version 2.27 on Solaris 11, but I have noticed something
"strange":

​$ ./asy
Welcome to Asymptote version 2.27 (to view the manual, type help)
runtime: Stack overflow or segmentation fault: rerun with -nothreads
Abort (core dumped)
$ ./asy -nothreads
Welcome to Asymptote version 2.27 (to view the manual, type help)
warning [version]: using possibly incompatible version 2.23 of plain.asy
> quit

$ ./asy-64
Welcome to Asymptote version 2.27 (to view the manual, type help)
warning [version]: using possibly incompatible version 2.23 of plain.asy
> quit
