[tlbuild] x86_64-linux binaries

Hi all,

since I was on a vacation during the last two weeks, Norbert has built the
x86_64-linux binaries for the TL14 pretest on his machine.  Unfortunately
many (all?) of them require that /lib64/libc.so.6 defines the version symbol
GLIBC_2.7, which is missing on many oldish installations, e.g., Centos5.

Tomorrow I will replace them with binaries built on my system (GLIBC_2.3).
