[tlbuild] asy status

FYI, Bowman has released asymptote 2.25
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/asymptote/files), and I updated the
sources in TL (Build/utils/asymptote).  If you feel like trying to build
it, go for it.  We are the ones who find the compile errors, so no harm
in trying now.  (Simon, I did not check the interact.cc madness, sorry.)

For me on i386-linux, the build succeeded, but I could not install the
support files -- I couldn't find the latex and context files he used to
supply.  He also hadn't updated CTAN.  So I figured it was better to
hold off until it's straightened out.  

Thus, probably better not to actually commit new asy binaries yet.
