[tlbuild] 2014 builds

Hello Karl-san,

(I am not a TL builder :-)  Setting that aside..., )
I built the current sources for some platforms on OS X Mavericks 10.9.2.
The results were as follows.
 * universal-darwin (i686 and powerpc): gcc 4.2.1 and MacOSX10.5.sdk
(cross-compiling) under "./configure --disable-luajittex"
 * x86_64-darwin: gcc 4.2.1 and MacOSX10.6.sdk
 * x86_64-darwin:  llvm 5.1/clang 503.0.38 and MacOSX10.6.sdk

All binaries work fine on my 32-bit/64-bit Snow Leopard 10.6.8 box and
64-bit Mavericks 10.9.2 box.
