Hi Ken,

last week I have complied all of TL on i386-cygwin and x86_64-cygwin (this
one without luajittex) with no problems other that having to wait for ages.

Today I did a cross compilation linux -> {i386,x86_64}-cygwin including
xetex.  This takes just a few minutes, but I can't run any tests.
