[tlbuild] Test suite failing in libs/paper

Hi,

Since a recent update to libs/paper (dated 2013-10-25), the test
suite is failing for me (on NetBSD/amd64 6.1.2).  I get the
following Work/libs/paper/test-suite.log:

I'm not familiar with the inner working of the test suite so has
anybody experienced the same problem?
