Hi Ken,

I suppose you only want to rebuild the programs that have changed after May
28 (mpost and luatex) and those using libpng (pdftex, xetex, dvipng, and
(x)dvipdfmx).  In that case you should probably use the previous version
(anything from r30847 to r30873) or branch2013 in case Karl has created one.
