Well, I don't think so.  pkgsrc (NetBSD's package system) has
most TeX-related programs and several packages but:

- it has very few compared to TeX Live
- most of them are outdated

As to adding back NetBSD binaries to TeX Live, why not? I'll
gladly provide them if you think they're OK.
