Let's all rebuild again, sorry for the quick turnaround.

There have been a few changes in assorted places, smallish but enough
that we should do it again: version numbers, restoring texmf/ to the
compile-time TEXMFCNF path (to ease transition for standalone ConTeXt
and probably others), lcdf-typetools, pmx, no doubt others.  There is no
new asy yet, though, FWIW.  (And no new xindy, but none is expected
there.)

Send me urls or commit as usual, please.
