[tlbuild] trial builds for TL'13

Hello,

According to

http://projects.palaso.org/projects/graphitedev/repository/revisions/1136/diff/src/Bidi.cpp

the Bidi.cpp has been fixed by upstream. I have manually made the changes
to Bidi.cpp included in the
source tree to go a bit further. Now, it stops with the following error
message:
