[tlbuild] trial builds for TL'13

building with gcc (GCC) 4.1.2 on Debian I get:

where the failure is in

Other than that, including xindy, I get:
Build: 368 executables in /nfstmp/preining/texlive-building/source/inst/bin.

That is somehow strange, though.

Any more information I can provide concerning the failed test?
