CTAN maintainers report an update to asymptote. Should we plan to
rebuild it?
No. (There have been updates to many other programs, too.)
Once again, we don't try to rebuild new binaries during the year. It is
too much work, not to mention plenty of potential confusions and
incompatibilities.
