Patches are in (thanks Peter).  All TL'12 builders, please do your thing
ASAP, and thanks.

There are no changes to asy or xindy or xz.  Those do not need to be
recompiled.

P.S. Regarding the arm craziness, that's going to have to wait for
another time.  Mojca also found a luatex crash on arm only, FWIW.
Can't wait around forever for the sake of one buggy platform ...
