[tlbuild] another success at Utah

By reverting back from gcc-4.5.2 to gcc-3.4.3 (/bin/gcc vs /usr/sfw/bin/gcc),
a build of 64-bit TeX Live 2012 on Solaris 11 was successful, so I've just
added a 13th binary directory:

	x86_64-solaris-11

A report earlier today on this list describes the progress in getting
12 others built successfully.
