[tlbuild] sparc-linux (bigendian?) failure in icu

Karl,

I'm probably jumping the gun here, since I'm writing you WHILE rebuilding TeX Live
on PowerPC.

If I look at /source/libs/icu/icu-49.1/data/in, there is indeed a file icudt49l.dat there.

But I've been taught to also look in the Work directory, so I looked at

	source/Work/libs/icu/icu-build/data

As building started, this directory just contained Makefile and pkgdataMakefile. However,
as the console showed icu building, there came a moment when this folder changed
and contained an "out" folder, containing two other folders and icudt49b.dat.

Therefore, it seems to me that the build script DOES rebuild the data file. 

I'll send you a separate email when the build is complete, letting you know if I
ultimately got an error message.
