Hi everybody,

As an alternative on could build dialog only when explicitly requested via
'--enable-dialog'.  Since most Unix distros probably have dialog, I assume
they configure with '--disable-dialog' and that would then be the default.

The 'tiny number of places' could then be modified to use a system version
of dialog if one is available.
