[tlbuild] one more rebuild

Hi everyone -- I have to ask for one more rebuild.  Manuel found a very
longstanding bug in kpathsea matching (with ls-R) that has practical
effects on texdoc.  I just committed his patch to kpathsea/db.c.
So this will make for lots of changed binaries ...

I hope this will be the last, but who knows.

(I'm assuming that Vladimir's portability fixes can be dealt with after
the release.)
