Sure, attached. Does not look good :\(

Also, looks like some parts of these tests are not reading the TL_MAKE
environment? You need to use gmake to build texlive:
cd icu-build && make  all
"./icudefs.mk", line 56: Missing dependency operator
"./icudefs.mk", line 58: Need an operator
"./icudefs.mk", line 59: Missing dependency operator
...

Some of the tests look like they are having problems with newline characters?
