[tlbuild] Installing TL2010 pretest

I have built current trunk of TL2010 on Cygwin and have installed with

/tmp/tlpretest_repo/install-tl -custom-bin /tmp/inst/bin/i386-cygwin

in which '/tmp/tlpretest_repo' is a local copy of

rsync://ftp.ctex.org/mirrors/texlive/tlpretest

and '/tmp/inst' contains the just built binaries. Well, in the 
'/usr/local/texlive/install-tl.log' I find this:
