[tlbuild] Issue while installing

Got the below during installtion, tried switching mirrors, got
TLDownload::get_file: response error:404 Not Found, for 3 url's in a row!
(Me on ubuntu lucid)

Partial download of
http://ctan.um.ac.ir/systems/texlive/tlnet/archive/bibleref.tar.xz found,
removing it.
Partial download of
http://ctan.um.ac.ir/systems/texlive/tlnet/archive/bibleref.source.tar.xzfound,
removing it.
Partial download of
http://ctan.um.ac.ir/systems/texlive/tlnet/archive/bibleref.doc.tar.xzfound,
removing it.
