Hi Manuel,

forgot to mention this: for my mingw cross compilation I have to disable
dialog (no ncurses), as well as pdfopen and xdvik (no X).  All three are not
used unde WIN32.  Furthermore xindy is disabled by default and can not be
cross-compiled.
