[tlbuild] What happened to win32lib.h?

    I wrote my own win32lib.h. 

Please send it.

    May you skipped that sentence in my
    previous message.

I did see what you wrote, but I didn't understand what environment you
were compiling in or you had actually been successful.  That's why I
asked.  MSVC or something?

    I also had to make some minor changes in three other files,

    but first let's come to terms with win23lib.

It's no problem to install some win3ib.h, either restoring ours or using
yours.  You're evidently the only one who needs this file, so whatever
you want.
