Hi Nikola,

there probably already is a port of dialog for the various version.  You
could build with "--disable-dialog", create a symlink tcdialog->/usr/bin/dialog
(or similar), and specify the port of dialog as a dependency.

If there exists a port of clisp, you could build xindy-new using
"--with-clisp-runtime=system" (see README.config 2.6.3).
