[tlbuild] rebuilding for all the changes (otftotfm, xetex, , gftype)

Hi all, hi Karl,

I don't know what the status of the rebuilding is, but Harald's mail on
the main list showed that the otftotfm/kpathsea problem has not been
solved, at least not for x64_64.

I have committed a binary I have built on my system (x86_64) of otftotfm, but
the original bins are from Peter.

I don't know about the other archs.

Same for xetex, gftype etc rebuilt status.
