[tlbuild] Error building luatex

Hello,

I currently experience the following error when building luatex (I
rsynced the TL2009 source tree a few hours ago):

syntax error: Last token = 290 ("), error buffer = `kpsesrccmdline',
    last id = `kpsesrccmdline' (not in symbol table).
