[tlbuild] texworks: libpoppler.so.4 from where?

    I have followed a similar approach to OpenSolaris. Everything is included in
    /opt/gnu/textworks. The result is available
    as a package.

I think we should make such packages available through the texworks
download page(s).  Jonathan?
