Not much. We started to build TL on Cygwin in August 2008, and at the 
beginning of September it was 'finished'. When the workaround 
Features->TL_Features was found, we forgot continuing the search why 
Features did not work. Perhaps there was a little discussion, I don't 
remember exactly...
