[tlbuild] Build from source from repository fails...

A fresh download from the repository fails. The problem seems to be the file

Build/source/libs/icu/icu-xetex/layout/Features.h -Features.cpp and others
try to include ICUFeatures.h which is missing.

I just created a copy of Features.h as ICUFeatures.h and all built well. I
saw a discussion in the archives about the name. Guess the choice wasn't
consistent...

Perhaps the maintainer of icu-xetex can fix this in the repository...
