this one can be safely ignored.

Could you please send me a few lines above of this.

The last mail from Ken Brown might explain this, although I don't see any
simple workaround, other than './Build --disable-dialog'.

This is a consequence of the error above (for dialog).  Without this error,
the Build script (or rather 'make world') would continue with running 'make
run-texlinks' in the texk/tetex build directory.  This fact should account
for the different number of binaries.
