as you can see, cygz.dll and cygfreetype-6.dll (and cygexpat-0.dll)
are not directly linked by executables, but rather via cygfontconfig-1.dll.
(see the indentation in the output of cygcheck).

fontconfig is dynamically linked to xetex and xdvipdfmx on purpose,
so it is normal.
