i wonder, should we remove the following symlinks:

hppa-hpux/luatools
hppa-hpux/mtxrun
hppa-hpux/pdfthumb
hppa-hpux/ppower4
hppa-hpux/rungs
hppa-hpux/texdoc

because there's no luatex in hppa-hpux binaries, and the symlinks will
be useless, as they are texlua scripts.

remaining outdated architectures which need to be rebuilt are:

i386-openbsd
sparc-linux
