[tlbuild] build status

Oh, sorry, I completely forgot about this.

I can build these easily, but please let me know if the build procedure 
changed since TL2007. Also, I would need to find the entry in my command 
line history which gets the source tree as I forgot what was the exact 
command and parameters...
