[tlbuild] Testing

Folks,

I'm testing on Mac-Intel. What sorts of tests are others running?

I ran texconfig init. It ran fine with one problem: the xetex format  
was not built. The log file suggests that there are problems with  
Mongolian hyphenation.

Lots of other formats were built, so I assume lots of other programs  
are running.

I tried tex, pdftex, latex, pdflatex, dvips, xdvi and all worked fine.  
Context and LuaTeX both failed because of missing format files; they  
tried to create these fmt files but failed. I assume mktexfmt doesn't  
yet make their format files.
